Delete your BookSprite account

To request deletion, email support@bookspriteapp.com from the email address associated with your BookSprite account.

You can reach this page at any time from Account → Delete account and data in the BookSprite app.

What happens next

We will verify that the request belongs to you. After verification, BookSprite will delete the Firebase account, the account and associated reading and usage records in the BookSprite database, and the corresponding RevenueCat customer record. We will complete verified requests within a reasonably prompt period and confirm when the deletion is complete.

Cancel an active subscription

Deleting your BookSprite account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Before requesting deletion, cancel the subscription in Google Play or use Manage billing on the BookSprite Account screen. Google and other payment processors may retain transaction records required for financial, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

If you cannot email us from the address associated with your account, explain that in your message so our support team can help verify your request.
